The new Bank of America Tower, 1 Bryant Park, dominates the corner of Sixth Ave. and 42nd Street. Designed by Cook & Fox Architects and built for a cost of 1 billion dollars, the ecologically friendly building is the first skyscraper with Platinum LEED certification.
