If you carry a phone, you probably have a camera. The guy on the bike was taking pictures of something about ten stories up across the street. Since I am the meta-lunchtime-picturetaker, I tried to snap a picture of him snapping a picture, but my timing was off. The pretzel tower turned out well, though, as did the police and fire call box.
