It’s a nice weekend for walking along the river. Spring breaks start in a few weeks; that’s when the touristy areas will be crowded. Few people were out yesterday.

It’s just like backing out of the driveway, to the hundredth power, with a white uniform and no Budweiser with lunch. I was standing on the flight deck of the Intrepid because admission was free yesterday. That cruise ship is humongous, and made the aircraft carrier seem almost human in scale.
