At 2:45 PM, there’s a spot of sun overĀ on Fifth Avenue and about 53rd Street. Winter is getting close. I think more people should wear bright pink.

The afternoon sun in the late fall is murder. On the avenues it shines in your eyes, blinds you, and steers you into strangers, yet on the side streets, it’s too dark to take a half-decent picture. For fun, sit between the V and the E of the LOVE sculpture, and see how long it takes for someone to snap your picture.
